How Steyk Center Got Started
Started Steyk Center because we wanted a place that served real food—fresh, bold, and made with care. After working in kitchens for years, I knew I wanted to build something different. Not fancy. Just real food done right, with a little Salt Lake City edge.
Fresh Food, Straight From the Grill
At Steyk Center, we make everything fresh—scratch. That includes our burgers, wings, and of course, our steaks. Nothing frozen, nothing rushed. We focus on fire, timing, and quality. If it’s not good enough for us, we won’t serve it.
